This is less a suggestion for an event itself and more a suggestion for event scheduling in general. I really like that you guys get the games on the schedule in advance so that people can try and make the time slot. That is awesome, and thank you so much! <3

Since the games run so early on weekdays, though, it would be really cool if they could be announced two weeks in advance so that if folks wanted to take a day or half day off work to be around for something, they could. Just some food for thought. o/

Unfortunately, 2/3 of the mods currently work service jobs where our schedules are not known more than two weeks in advance, and sometimes far less than that. We are planning on later adding more game-runners, and hopefully some of our future additions to the game running team can give further advanced notice.

Thanks for such a quick response! I'm excited to hear about plans for more game-runners further down the line.

(And in the meantime, thank you again for giving us as much notice as you've been able to. I mean it, you guys have been fantastic with the announcements so far. <3)
