If someone append Wolverine does his metal skeleton and claws count as somethingthatneeds to be needed. And like his healing and mutant abilities would so would he keep the bone claws but lose the indestructible metal coating or what.

He would not keep the bone claws or the regeneration, as that would be considered an ability that is a considerable advantage - if you would like to play him as having a metal skeleton, this is acceptable as long as the metal in his skeleton is treated like low-quality metal that gives no discernible advantage over plain bone.
