Question regarding memories! Once regained, can the regainee replay that memory on their phone at their whim? Also, does the manner in which it was received affect the replay at all? For example: if a character spent only the points necessary for publicly broadcast memory and the memory is allowed to replay, would the replay be private or a public broadcast as well?
