HEY some quick questions about ✩ZRAEL's powerset!

1) Does Verticality need to be activated somehow (e.g. by touching the target object), or is it just like you look at something and it can float now?

2) Verticality can make the user float, but can it also work on other people?

It can work, so long as you activate the ability through whatever activation process you use. That being said, the minimum should be something like touching or chanting out a verbal spell, but if you want to be as extra as possible, we can only encourage it!
