For Avante's prise de fer ability: is there hp gain when taking the selected damage? Basically is it that (let's just go with piecing as an example):

1. Any stab wound will heal OR

2. Any stab wound will heal + additional hp gain on non stab injuries? If so, is the hp gain relative to the intensity of the stab?

It will be any stab wound healed + additional hp gain on non-stab injuries. HP gain is relative to how much damage would ordinarily be gained with the wound, i.e. a deep stab wound would heal well but a deep stab wound in the vitals will heal more due to being more damaging.
