What's the size limits on Inequivalent Exchange and can it be done repeatedly to the same object?

Wanna know so my child doesn't try to make his pet rabbit or a persona protagonist into a kaiju.

Since a consistent cap of any kind could hinder fairly reasonable uses of the power, there are no strict numerical limitations on Inequivalent Exchange. We only ask that players please be reasonable in its application and avoid anything game-breaking. (No kaiju!)
