Personally, I don't want to begin with a cap simply because team games without fail have some major character turnover within the first month, as players find if they do or do not like the team game format, and if it is capped to begin with that turnover may be harder to handle.
Basically, I would say no to begin with though I am keeping open options to change this if I feel it's necessary. We're also going to try and keep the team sizes roughly equal, so we don't have two people on pep!pep! and ten people on AlcheME! This is why we ask for tiers of team preferences on the app, rather than giving everyone their first choice.
