So if a character is maybe partially illiterate in canon how would that be handled in terms of using the smartphone and reading bios and such? Would the phones have a dictation option or something of that nature or would basic literacy be packed into the ability to use a phone in general?

Player choice between two options!

1. the verbal dictation option

2. character is granted literacy only when looking at text on their phone and is still illiterate otherwise
