[As of day 399, the soft room has had some serious work done. The padded walls are covered with dark blue curtains that go the full length of the room. The floor itself has been added to, as well: squares of fabric in dark blue and dark gray, some patterned and some plain, have been painstakingly sewed to the padding, to give it the appearance of a somewhat whimsical quilt, rather than a mental asylum. The circular bed has been transformed into a low, circular cushioned floor table, sturdy enough to hold drinks or plates while unitmates sit around and chat. A smattering of hand-sewn floor pillows surround the bed-turned-table, offering a casual seat for those who want to relax in the comfort and quiet]
