The couch itself doesn't appear as high-tech as the sleek smooth walls and ceiling of the room, which are covered in bright pinpoint LEDs which emulate a starry sky when the main skylight in the room is dimmed. However, the small dip when one climbs into it reveals that it is in fact floating about an inch over the ground - and in fact, can be made to hover even higher with a dial next to the light and heat controls.
