The dark silvery-gray steel walls have a worn aesthetic to them, but are sturdy and fully soundproof. There's plenty of room on them for personal decoration. The entire room has both air conditioning and heat settings that can be changed from an industrial panel along the wall, including a heated floor feature. The panel also allows for adjusting the lights with a dimmer switch.
Near the entrance, there's a small area for social seating that can comfortably host three to five people. To go with it there is a steel-lined table for drinks or games. There is also a mini-bar tucked back against the wall for storing and making drinks.
Back against the wall, comfortably tucked away from the social area, there's a large king-sized bed with a soft, yet sturdy mattress. Sleek yet thick black curtains allow the bedroom to be closed off from the rest of the room and effectively block light from coming in. The sheets are white but the comforter is a thick, fluffy dark gray color. Built into the frame of the bed there are hidden drawers underneath it for storage. Next to the bed there's a spacious closet. Aside from containing his everyday clothing and shoes, also houses several extra blankets and pillows-- both of which have a stylish and fun paint spatter pattern on them.
Right next to the bed there's an iron-framed set of stairs that lead up to the loft. The lighting up here is a bit darker because it's not as open as the lower area, but there are industrial lights built into the wall. There's a couch as well as a television housed on a steel-framed entertainment system for storage of books or movies as well as a surround sound speaker for playing music. If you keep going, there's also a small desk built into the wall. In the desk there's a deck of cards as well as fitting stationary needs.
This room contains a second door - a one-way exit straight to the elevator landing.
