Vergil's private library is notable for its unbelievably high ceiling - almost ten Verglis high! It's otherwise in Taisho's normal style, except all the bamboo wall panels depict a room-wide panorama of oni rampaging through a town, murdering and devouring all in their path. Given the height of the ceiling, it's a lot.

The center of the room has a large seating area with a few wicker chairs and a sofa that folds out into a futon - there is also a low table with a set of tatami mats for sitting. Radiating out from there are countless bookshelves which all seem very ancient and refined and also apparently contain literally nothing but poetry, plays, and Literature™.
