An arch from the main common area leads into an outdoor courtyard area—there's a sky up there, perhaps, but the courtyard is so thick with the branches of sakura trees overhead, always beautifully, richly in bloom, around a slightly unkempt grassy clearing with a natural pond in the center.

Here the ground is dirt, and at the base of each sakura tree - well, did you know? Your prey is buried beneath the cherry trees! You can take my word for it -- after all, how else could they bloom so beautifully? It's the sort of unbelievable beauty that leaves one out of sorts for a day or two. Of course you have to take my word for it!

But really, is it a bother if there's the slight metallic tang of fresh slaughter on the breeze sometimes, or if there's a rustling in the dark green underbrush from time to time? After all, the distant birdsong, the ripples on the pond as each cherry blossom falls to the surface and then, eventually, vanishes into the dark water… it's worth it, isn't it?
