A door in the main room of the dorm opens to a cozy room centered around warm, well worn wood and leather chairs. The entirety of the back wall doubles as a bookshelf, shelves intricately carved into wood. In the center of the adjacent wall is a cottage window, which provides a view of the garden. The light from this windows illuminates the room well enough to read and work, and a heavy curtain can be drawn to darken the place.

Beneath that window is a sturdy oak workbench with reference books for all sorts of sciences and crafts related to plants: medicine, botany, aromatherapy, teamaking, alchemy, dyemaking - it's all here. The bench has plenty of room to work and also store tools for preparing and storing anything one could possibly make out of plantlife: mortars and pestles, jars, scales, satchels etc., all of which it comes with.

Straddling that window are planterboxes that can be used to grow plants in the garden's sunlight, and drying hooks and racks are available for hanging herbs to dry and cure.
