Is this dorm… really all right to stay in? It has an industrial aesthetic, and a lot of it is rusted, with peeling paint and their unit name spray painted to take up almost one entire wall. They have two dark brown couches and a variety of other furnishings that make the entire room more resemble an industrial punk's basement studio and less their actual rust-laden performance venue - and the beds in individual rooms are just mattresses on cinder blocks. At least they're all piled high with pillows and blankets...

The common room walls feature half-wall lengths of latticed factory-style windows, with an additional horizontal window closer to the ceiling for Extra Angled Sunlight(™). The top-middle portion of each main window which is equipped with a hinge allowing it to be opened upwards.

All bedrooms are soundproofed, twice the size of a normal bedroom and have an electronic lock that can only be opened by the owner's smartphone, or by a password set by the owner in the form of a Unique Rebel Yell™.
